Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellations required in writing no later than 15 days prior to event, to dbilbao@frecuenciaonline.com
Refunds will be granted with a 10% administrative fee deduction. No refunds granted 15 days or less before the event. Please allow 30 to 45 days for refunds to be reflected. We accept substitutions, in writing, up to 24 hours before event date.
